What’s the story behind SLA?
SLA has two meanings. First, it stands for Simple, Love, and Authentic — the core values that define our approach. Second, “Sla” is a word from the northern part of Thailand, our team’s hometown, which means “specialist.” It reflects who we are: a team of specialists in authentic Thai cuisine.

What Are You Most Proud Of?
We are proud to have been running our restaurant for 10 years now, and we are still receiving love and support from our customers. We would like to thank all of our customers for their continuous support, and we hope to continue receiving your support in the future.

Do you have any recommendations or tips for visitors?
Our team comes from the northern part of Thailand, and we warmly invite you to try our authentic Northern Thai-style dishes at our restaurant. One of our highlights is Khao Soi — a flavorful egg noodle dish served in a rich yellow curry, with your choice of chicken or beef.
