What is Caring Contact and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline?
This session will be presented by Mary Claire Givelber, the Executive Director of Caring Contact. She will be providing information on both helplines and those who are looking for a supportive ear if they are experiencing depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, or other sources of distress.
In 2023, we formally changed our name to AAPI New Jersey to reflect the statewide priorities and activities that this group of committed community members and advocates now supports.
