Emmy-nominated storyteller, comedian, and AAPI activist Edward Yoo Pokropski has been touring, Case 84: Adopted in the U.S.A. for the past two years. A comedy show meets a TED Talk, Case 84 sheds light on the underrepresented experience of adoptees. It is an immersive journey through Edward’s experience growing up in Philadelphia as a transracial adoptee and touches on the influence of American media on identity, complex family dynamics, and ultimately what it means to be an American.
