Join Asian American leaders and community members from across New Jersey as we discuss our needs, share our stories, and build our collective power. This first-of-its-kind summit will feature education and advocacy workshops, insightful speakers and panels, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow attendees.

Who is the Leadership Summit For?

The Asian American Leadership Summit is for engaged community members, organizational leaders, and students who are seeking connections and resources that can transform their AAPI communities. This is an intergenerational event, so we welcome high school and college students to attend and participate in some of our youth-focused sessions. Experienced leaders can expect sessions that deep dive into narrative and messaging work, policy work, and more. If you’re new to the space, we invite you to attend sessions in our mental health/wellbeing and professional development tracks that can help you navigate your experience being an Asian American in New Jersey. All tracks are open to all attendees.

Allies with a history of supporting AAPI communities and causes are welcome. We ask that you center AAPI experiences and attend as a deep listener.
