Through the Teach Asian American Stories (TAAS) initiative, we are committed to helping educators implement New Jersey’s historic AAPI curriculum law by providing them with the support and resources they need to bring Asian American stories to their classrooms.
The Asian American Coalition of New Jersey (AACNJ) weaves together AAPI-serving groups across our state who are committed to activating their collective power to advance multiracial equity, health, and justice through organizing, advocacy, policy research, education, and representation.

In 2023, we formally changed our name to AAPI New Jersey to reflect the statewide priorities and activities that this group of committed community members and advocates now supports.
